Jennifer's new book and CD collection, 31 October Nights, is finished. She started this project last autumn and composed one piece of original harp music each night during October. Since then, she's been working on the essays and photographs for the book--one essay about her inspiration for each of the pieces.
The book and 4 CDs of music are now available from her website . We started with a print run of 500 and have less than 20 left. There are 100 full-color photos in the book and over 3 hours of music. This is our first use of the eco-case she designed, which looks just fantastic.
Who would have thought a harp I build several years ago as a vacation project would turn out to be such an inspiration to her? She's now built several of her own and we're working on four more currently. She's also built several upright harps out of different materials.
