Sorry about the delay in getting this posted. As soon as I sent out the email to the children's book authors and illustrators, we lost our Internet and it's just come back on.
Here are the page counts for each of the children's books. You can figure out your cost by using the formula set out in the blog that detailed the costs for the books from the July 24th post.
The size will be 6 x 6. The covers will be dark, probably black, and all books will have a dust jacket and also an inserted CD (unless you specify that you don't want it and deduct that cost from your overall cost).
