Happy New Year. I hope you are all had a happy holiday season. We were able to take a few days off and spend it with friends and family. We're grateful to still be here and operating in 2012.
If you were paid during 2011, you will be receiving a 1099 by the end of January 2012. If you deferred your royalty or were paid in copies of your book, you will not receive a 1099.
If you have not received your 1099 by the end of the first week of February, please contact me via email and let me know.
Don't forget that we will be using PayPal exclusively from now own to pay authors and artists and all royalty statements will be delivered via email. If you have not sent me your PayPal information, please send it to legal at orchardhousepress.com. In the subject heading please put PayPal information. All I need from you is the email address associated with your PayPal account.
